Is the Library hosting programs?

What are library programs?

Answer

The James E. Cheek Learning Resources Center offers regular programming to support the Shaw Community, academic success, and student engagement.

  • Our current and upcoming events and programs are regularly advertised on our Using the Library LibGuide and in our building on the community updates board in the lobby.
  • You can also find digital notifications of our events in the weekly Shaw Communications emails sent to your bears email account.
  • Finally, all Tuesday Talks for Fall 2021 have been moved to virtual viewing only. More information on our Tuesday Talks speaker series, including speaker bios, registration, and recordings, can be found on the Tuesday Talks LibGuide.

For the Fall 2021 semester, please note that gatherings in the library may not exceed 10 people per group. To remain in compliance with this policy, all Library events will be simultaneously streamed live via Zoom.
